These are seriously the best vegan buffalo cauliflower wings and you won’t feel like you are missing out on a thing!

They are very versatile and easy to make
You can customize these however you’d like. Whether you need to use gluten free flour or want to use a different sauce, the choices are endless. So let’s get started. This is what you need.

Start by preheating your oven to 450.
Then you need to make the batter. Add the plant milk, spices and flour to a bowl and mix with a whisk until combined. I like to use a glass measuring cup because I think it makes dipping the cauliflower easier.

Next, cut your cauliflower into pieces. Not too big or too small…as Goldilocks says, “just right.”

Pour the panko into a bowl and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Dip each floret into the batter, shaking off any excess. You don’t want it super heavy. Then put it in the panko and coat. Place dipped pieces on the baking pan. Continue until each piece is done.

Put the baking sheet in the oven and cook for 22 minutes, flipping them after 11 minutes.

After the 22 minutes, take the pan out and put the wings into a large bowl. Coat them in your favorite buffalo sauce and then put them back on the same parchment lined pan.

Bake them for 10 minutes more, broiling the last 4 to make crispy.
Take them out and put them on a serving plate. Add more buffalo sauce if necessary and serve them with your favorite ranch dressing. Get ready for them to disappear. They are seriously the best vegan buffalo cauliflower wings.
